Cowfish Party Menu

Cowfish’s private backrooms, brew pub, patio and outdoor deck are the perfect locations for hosting private parties, ranging in size from 20 to 125 people. Whether it’s an office party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday party, bachelorette party, family reunion or anniversary celebration, the restaurant can prepare a room that’s just right for the occasion.

Cowfish offers a special party menu, available only for private parties scheduled in advance, that includes appetizer platters, steaks, ribs, fresh fish, organic chicken, pork loin and homemade desserts. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

All menu items are prepared under the direct supervision of Chef Jeff Blackwell, previously the executive chef of the AAA four-diamond-rated Wild Sage Restaurant at Jackson’s Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. The current party menu is featured below. Vegetarian options are highlighted in red.

Party Menu Appetizers

Chicken Empanadas, served with a chipotle salsa, $18.
Chicken Satay, served with a spicy peanut sauce, $18.
Vietnamese Vegetable Spring Rolls, served with a yuzu ponzu, $16.
Wild Mushroom Wontons, served with a cranberry-citron glaze, $16.
Bruschetta, grilled baguettes with a tomato-basil relish, $16.
Beef Satay, served with a teriyaki glaze and green onions, $18.
Philly Cheese Steak Rolls, served with a white cheddar cheese, $18.
Mini Crab Cakes, served with a blood orange aioli, $22.
Dragon Prawns, served in a Thai chile glaze, $22.
Pork and Vegetable Pot Stickers, served with ginger-soy dipping sauce, $16.

All items are priced by the dozen.

Party Menu Entrees & Side Dishes

Party planners may select any two of the following entrees:
Slow-Cooked Baby Back Ribs, served with Cowfish’s homemade barbeque sauce, $24.
Pan-Seared Chicken Breast, served in a Madeira and wild mushroom sauce, $24.
Grilled Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, served with an arugula-basil pesto and a putanesca relish, $25.
Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, served with horseradish cream and natural jus, $26.

Any two of the following side dishes may be selected to be served with the above entrees:
Jasmine Rice.
Baked Potato.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

All entrees are served with fresh-baked bread, a House Salad, and a choice of coffee, tea, soda or lemonade. Vegetarian entrée options are available upon request. Alcoholic refreshments are available, but additional.

Party Menu Desserts

The following dessert options are available:
B-52 Cheesecake, made with Kahlua, Grand Marnier and Bailey’s Irish Cream, and an Oreo cookie crust, $4.
Warm Berry Crisp, served a la mode,$4.

An 18% gratuity will be added to private parties.
