Gannett Grill Menu
The Gannett Grill menu is quite extensive and includes pizzas, burgers, veggie burgers, sandwiches, salads, French fries, onion rings and a host of other bar munchies. Highlights of the menu, which changes periodically throughout the year, include:
- Delicious, 12-inch, New York-style, hand-tossed pizzas that are made from scratch and cooked on stone in the grill’s pizza ovens.
- Juicy burgers made from local beef cattle raised free of hormones and antibiotics by Wyoming Custom Meats.
- Salads and entrees prepared with delicious, homegrown vegetables – including arugula, asparagus, broccolini, carrots, cherry tomatoes and butternut squash – from an onsite organic garden.
- An extensive array of sandwiches and bar munchies.
- A line of specialty microbrews from the Lander Brewing Company available at the adjoining Lander Bar that are made with the finest ingredients from around the world and includes beers that have won national and international awards.
All food items are prepared under the supervision of Chef Geoff Rader – previously the executive chef at Cowfish. The grill’s menu allows you to choose from Pizzas, Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, Bar Munchies, Beverages – even a Kids Menu. The current menu features:

garden-fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, onions and feta cheese, tossed with our homemade vinaigrette.
romaine lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese, tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing.
chopped romaine and spinach, bacon, tomatoes, cranberries and blue cheese crumbles, tossed with our homemade blue cheese vinaigrette.
lettuce, cabbage, carrots, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and fried wonton strips, tossed with our homemade oriental dressing.
mixed greens, corn, black beans, tomatoes, tortilla strips and cheese, tossed with our homemade southwestern dressing.

The grill’s beverage selection includes sodas, coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Beer drinkers can step into the adjoining Lander Bar and purchase one of the delicious, homemade microbrews from the Lander Brewing Company. These handcrafted beers include microbrews that have won national and international awards at the Great American Beer Festival, the World Beer Cup and other competitions.
